GoHiiT is unlike other HiiT programs in that the whole workout is timed, not the interval length. Therefore if you choose a 20 minute workout, your whole workout time will be longer as you need to allow for the time it will take you to complete the interval exercises.
Think about where you are going when choosing your HiiT exercises. For example, if you are running on a city street, sit-ups may not be the best choice.
