High intensity interval training means doing short bursts of high intensity exercises with a rest in between. GoHiiT uses your daily walk or run as the rests in between.

Hiit has been proven to work more effectively in burning fat and improving fitness than steady state cardio alone.

Hiit workouts have been shown to:

  • increase your metabolism
  • burn more fat than steady state cardio
  • improve your strength
  • increase your running speed if you are training for a race
