  • GoHiiT is unlike other HiiT programs in that the whole workout is timed, not the interval length. Therefore if you choose a 20 minute workout, your whole workout time will be longer as you need to allow for the time it will take you to complete the interval exercises.
  • Think about where you are going when choosing your HiiT exercises. For example, if you are running on a city street, sit-ups may not be the best choice.
